DiskPart Command-line Utility Process
The DiskPart command-line utility process is as follows:

C:\Program Files\Windows AIK\Tools\PETools>diskpart
DISKPART> select disk 0
DISKPART> clean
DISKPART> create partition primary size=100
DISKPART> select partition 1
DISKPART> active
DISKPART> format fs=ntfs
DISKPART> assign letter=C
DISKPART> exit

Now you can copy the image from the network share to the destination hard drive.
